Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 01 ,2025

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions, bookings, and engagements between Jokers Wyld Creations (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and the client (“You,” “Your”).

• All custom apparel orders require final approval of design, sizing, and color before production.
   
• Proofs/mockups must be approved via email or message before any printing begins.
   

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders over $100. Full payment is due prior to production for orders under $100.
   
• Payment must be received in full before shipping or pickup.
   

• Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days after design approval and deposit.
   
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

• Please review our size charts carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the wrong size was selected by the customer.
   

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
   

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
   
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total quoted service amount.
   

• We require a minimum of 1 hour for setup and sound check before your event.
   
• Client must ensure a safe, clean, and weather-appropriate setup area with access to electricity.
   

• You are responsible for providing the event timeline, music preferences, and any special announcements or requests at least 1 week before the event.
   

• Client is responsible for any damages caused to our equipment by guests or event conditions.
   
• Jokers Wyld Creations is not liable for delays or failures caused by acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, etc.).
   

• Jokers Wyld Creations reserves the right to refuse any design that violates copyright or trademark laws.
   
• By submitting artwork or music, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use them.
   

• Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to photograph custom orders and events for promotional purposes.
   

• All official communications, including approvals and updates, will be conducted via email, phone, or social media messaging.
   

• By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
